BlueMtnPark
Regulatory Approvals, Construction, Power Generation
BlueMtnPark is a ground-up data center development built to support AI and hyperscale computing operations that require stable, uninterrupted power over long operating horizons. To meet these requirements, the facility is designed with its own on-site power generation rather than relying solely on variable grid capacity.
The project is advancing across regulatory approvals, physical construction, and power delivery planning, with these elements coordinated to reduce schedule risk and support predictable commissioning once the facility enters service.

Regulatory Approvals:
JouleGrid leads the full approvals process, including development of the permitting roadmap, preparation and submission of regulatory filings, coordination with authorities, environmental assessments, land-use approvals, community engagement, emissions reporting, and post-approval compliance planning.
Construction & Interconnections:
JouleGrid manages the interconnection strategy during construction, coordinating with utilities, regulators, and pipeline operators to ensure energy infrastructure is designed and built in alignment with the construction schedule.
Power Generation:
JouleGrid structures the commercial and technical framework for long-term energy delivery, including natural gas sourcing, capacity firming, pricing mechanisms, and electricity supply agreements that support continuous facility operations.
With regulatory approvals, interconnections, and power generation coordinated under a single execution framework, BlueMtnPark advances with energy certainty built into the development timeline. Approvals, infrastructure, and commercial arrangements progress together, reducing rework and schedule misalignment.
When the facility enters service, permits are secured, interconnections are complete, and long-term energy supply is already in place to support sustained operation.
